1. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
  • Booking requests are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
  • Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may vary based on season, availability, and group size.
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Explore Bridge.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment details will be shared via email or WhatsApp after booking submission.
  • We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as communicated by our team.
  • Full payment or agreed advance must be made before the trip start date.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the trip: full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before: no refund.
  • No-shows will not be refunded.
  • Explore Bridge reserves the right to cancel or modify trips due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.

4. Travel Responsibilities

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and travel documents.
  • Explore Bridge is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
  • Travelers must follow safety instructions provided by guides and drivers at all times.

5. Pricing

  • All prices shown on the website are indicative and subject to change.
  • Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking based on selected options, season, and availability.
  • No hidden costs — all inclusions and exclusions are clearly stated.

  • You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
